Home Again, Home Again, Jiggity-Jig

Hello, dear blog readers! We just returned from a fabulous week of seeing family here in the Great Northwest. (Pictures to follow after the viewing-editing-narrowing-down processes.) We even managed to get back in time in order to unpack all of the suitcases and put them back in storage, so at least my house doesn't feel like "Extreme Hoarders: Burried Alive." Big C. thinks having all the extra stuff on the floor is great: what could be better than new things to explore AND having a new obstacle course?

Speaking of C, the little man stands up by himself now. Not in a hurry to walk, mind you. He's still not sure what he thinks about that. He has, however, progressed very nicely this week in terms of balance while standing. No new black eyes of which to speak.

Anyway, dear blog readers, happy Monday to you all! Time to fold some more laundry and water my thirty bedraggled flowers (which, happily, survived while I was gone, and managed to put on two new blooms each!).
