Ahah!

Lately Mike and I have been seeing a small fleeting shadow in the patio. Up until now, we've thought it was a mouse. ("It" may very well have been a small rodent on one or two occasions.)

On three different occasions today, however, I happened across a small lizard that has taken a liking to warming himself near our plants and is at the moment happily sunning himself on the cement. That would explain the um...well, "residual leftovers" that I thought were mouse droppings near the plants; we was probably eating some of the bugs that flourish there. I tried to get a picture of him, but he was just a little too quick. Goofy critter.

Yay! Mouse mystery solved!
