The Ups and Downs of Rain

I like rain. A lot. It's nice and cool outside; the wind isn't blowing right now; things are a bit greener than normal. I sleep better. I like soup. Soup is good. The downside? We get absolutely slammed at work! We had a mass influx of patients after midnight last night. Oh well. Drops in barometric pressure mean that women have to labor. At least maybe then our induction list for post-dates will be shorter!  :o)

I like our lizards. Too bad I don't get to see them anymore. It's colder; they've moved on for the season.
